The Izaak Walton League supports organizations such as the Boy Scout, Girl Scouts and conservation organizations like Ducks Unlimited with use of the chapter's facilities for legitimate purposes. To coordinate dates, usage and understand the purpose of use, a method of review and permission has become necessary.
Organizations wishing to use facilities in the Izaak Walton Park must apply in writing at least a month before the dates of use. They shall state the purpose of their visit and obtain the permission of the board of directors and the caretakers before using the parks ranges or other facilities. The use of the chapter's facilities will not be permitted without approval of this written request.
The requesting Unit must have a Sponsor who can open the gate for access on and off of the property. If the unit doesn't have an active IWLA member in good standings then one can be provided, but will need to be coordinated in advance, so let us know that you will need a Sponsor.
Complete the Facilities Use Request form and submit it for each use in time for review by the board. The board meets on the third Sunday of each month. Please leave enough time for processing.
